In 2016, against the backdrop of the successive release of national and local 13th Five-Year plans for the in-depth development of military-civil fusion, Xi'an Innovative Rubber & Plastic Materials Co., Ltd., a high-tech company originating from China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC), was officially established.
