1、 Job Responsibilities
Proficient in the molding production process, including raw material preparation, mold installation and debugging, molding operation, product demolding, and subsequent processing, with a deep understanding of silicone rubber molding technology and the ability to accurately adjust process parameters according to product requirements.
Strictly follow the established process standards to carry out production work, finely control the vulcanization process, ensure stable vulcanization quality and meet quality requirements, effectively reduce the defect rate, and improve production efficiency.
Having strong hands-on and problem-solving abilities, able to quickly identify and handle various abnormal situations in the production process, such as equipment failures, mold damage, product quality defects, etc., and provide timely feedback to superiors, proposing reasonable improvement suggestions.
2、 Job requirements
Age between 20 and 40 years old, in good health, able to adapt to the workload of production positions.
Priority will be given to those with production experience in silicone rubber factories, and those with two years or more of relevant work experience will be given priority for employment.
Positive work attitude, not afraid of hardship, serious and responsible towards work, with strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
Having good stress resistance, able to maintain a working state when production tasks are tight, with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve one's skills.
